The Municipal Directorate for Consumer Protection and Defense (Procon BH) remains available to consumers to receive complaints, doubts and/or requests for clarification through the institution's email address. The idea is to establish closer monitoring between Procon and the population in order to curb abusive practices that harm the consumer, who is momentarily more vulnerable to market fluctuations in the face of the pandemic.
