The mayor of Belo Horizonte, considering the impacts on the economic activity of taxpayers directly affected by restrictive measures to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, through the temporary suspension of authorizations and the Permits for Location and Operation, decreed that the credits of the Property Tax and Urban Territorial – IPTU – and the fees charged with it, as well as the Location and Operation Inspection Fee – TFLF –, the Sanitary Inspection Fee – TFS – and the Inspection Fee of Advertising Engines – TFEP –, referring to the fiscal year 2021 charged to the properties occupied by establishments that had their authorizations suspended or Location and Operation Permits – ALFs –, not collected to date, may be paid in up to sixty consecutive monthly installments, upon full payment or payment of the first installment until March 31, 2022.
